No, we do not require a two weeks deposit, as we bill for only the week you are in for day watch services. Assisted Living is billed differently.

Enrollment usually take about one hour, unless the client or family has a lot of questions. We take our time with you to make sure everything is answered and clear. We have never went over 2 hours for an enrollment.
Typically 3 to 7 days, depending the case details., if we are able to approve your enrollment.

Yes, we just get a little information about you, so we can reach out when we have a spot available for you, or you can call us back when your ready to start services and we can check availability to start.
We do all of our billing for accounts Friday for the following upcoming week.
